ADHD Clarity Session
Exploring whether ADHD may help make sense of your experiences can feel overwhelming, particularly when there is so much information available online.
This session aims to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can reflect on your experiences, ask questions and develop a greater understanding of yourself.
Why work with Rosie?
I’ve been teaching and supporting adults in higher education since 2006 and now work as an ADHD coach and neurodiversity in the workplace trainer. Through my work in higher education, ADHD coaching and workplace training, I’ve supported adults who are exploring ADHD, waiting for assessment, or adjusting after receiving a diagnosis.
Having received my own ADHD diagnosis later in life, I also understand the questions, reflections and emotions that can come with exploring whether ADHD may help explain patterns you have noticed throughout your life.
My approach is evidence-informed, strengths-based and practical. I have completed ADHD Diagnosis and Assessment training with UKAAN, alongside my experience supporting adults through education, coaching and workplace training.
Rather than focusing on what needs to be ‘fixed’, we’ll explore how your experiences fit together, recognise what is already working well, and consider the support or next steps that feel right for you.
What we’ll explore together
During the session we’ll discuss:
ADHD traits and characteristics.
Childhood experiences and lifelong patterns.
Areas of life where you’ve noticed challenges, differences or recurring patterns.
Your strengths, interests and what works well for you.
The impact these experiences may have had across different areas of your life.
Questions you have about ADHD, assessment pathways and available support.
Possible next steps based on your individual circumstances.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
-
The ADHD Clarity Session may be helpful if you:
Have wondered whether ADHD may help explain your experiences.
Are curious about ADHD traits and would like to explore whether they relate to your life.
Are considering an ADHD assessment and want to better understand your options.
Are waiting for an NHS or private assessment and would like support while you wait.
Would like to understand yourself better, whether or not you decide to pursue a diagnosis.
Feel overwhelmed by conflicting information online and would value an evidence-informed conversation.
Have recognised patterns later in life and are wondering whether ADHD may be part of your story.
-
Before your session
You’ll complete a short pre-session questionnaire about your background, current experiences and what you’d like to gain from our conversation. This helps us focus on the areas that matter most to you.
During your session
We’ll have a structured, one-to-one conversation exploring your experiences in more depth. Together, we’ll reflect on patterns you’ve noticed throughout your life, discuss ADHD traits and consider how they may relate to your experiences.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions about ADHD, the assessment process and possible sources of support. I’ll answer your questions honestly and, where something falls outside the scope of the session, explain where you can find the most appropriate support.
After your session
You’ll receive:
A written summary of the key themes we discussed.
Reflection points to support your ongoing understanding.
Information about possible support options and next steps.
Signposting to helpful resources where appropriate.

It is not a formal ADHD assessment, does not provide an ADHD diagnosis, and does not replace an NHS or private assessment.
