1-1 tailored Coaching for
professionals and students with ADHD
With over 15 years’ experience as a senior lecturer, I bring both academic and professional insight into my coaching practice. My tailored coaching program supports academics, creative professionals, business owners and students. I specialise in working with individuals with ADHD, helping them organise daily routines, set realistic goals, and build strategies that work with their brains, not against them.
Together, we focus on:
Achieving meaningful goals by maintaining focus
Turning abstract ideas into clear, actionable steps
Cultivating motivation and making rewards work effectively
Through coaching, clients gain:
Greater clarity about their priorities and direction
Confidence in their ability to follow through
Sustainable structures and systems that support daily life
Reduced overwhelm by breaking down big ideas into manageable steps
More energy and time for creativity, growth, and enjoyment
Coaching isn’t just about strategies — it’s about changing your relationship with your ADHD. My clients often describe feeling:
Relieved, realising their challenges aren’t about laziness or lack of effort
Empowered, using tools and approaches that truly fit their way of thinking
Grounded, with more control over time, focus, and energy
Confident, recognising and celebrating their strengths
Calm, with more balance and space for joy and rest
What my clients say
My Goal
My goal is to help individuals navigate life in a more organised, goal-oriented, and efficient way — fostering tangible progress, self-understanding, and long-term success. My approach acknowledges the biological foundations of ADHD, targeting its core traits of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, while drawing on a lifetime of learned strategies and lived experience.
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you understand your ADHD traits, set meaningful goals, and build strategies that work for you.
It’s about clarity, confidence, and practical change — not diagnosis or therapy.
While many clients find coaching supportive and reflective, I’m not a therapist, and coaching isn’t a substitute for clinical, medical, or mental health treatment.
If we discover during our work together that additional therapeutic or medical support could help, I’ll always encourage you to access that alongside or before coaching.
My role is to help you move from awareness to action — to create sustainable routines, emotional balance, and self-trust in how you manage your ADHD day to day
Understanding the Subtle Differences of ADHD
I focus on supporting adults who experience the quieter, more nuanced traits of ADHD — those that don’t always fit the traditional picture. Many of my clients describe:
Having endless ideas but difficulty finishing projects
Thriving in high-pressure or creative environments
Burning out after intense bursts of focus
Struggling with organisation, admin, and consistency
Preferring collaboration in the right circumstances, but valuing independence too
These experiences often show up as familiar patterns — cycles of motivation, overwhelm, and recovery.
People notice themselves:
Starting projects with enthusiasm but losing momentum part-way through
Feeling they have to work twice as hard just to keep up
Finding it hard to prioritise or decide what truly matters
Wondering why tasks that seem “simple” for others can feel so difficult
These subtle differences can be both a source of frustration and a reflection of deep creativity, drive, and adaptability — qualities that coaching can help channel more effectively
