With over 15 years’ experience as a senior lecturer, I bring both academic and professional insight into my coaching practice. My tailored coaching program supports academics, creative professionals, business owners and students. My Goal

My goal is to help individuals navigate life in a more organised, goal-oriented, and efficient way — fostering tangible progress, self-understanding, and long-term success. My approach acknowledges the biological foundations of ADHD, targeting its core traits of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, while drawing on a lifetime of learned strategies and lived experience.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you understand your ADHD traits, set meaningful goals, and build strategies that work for you.

It’s about clarity, confidence, and practical change — not diagnosis or therapy.

While many clients find coaching supportive and reflective, I’m not a therapist, and coaching isn’t a substitute for clinical, medical, or mental health treatment.
If we discover during our work together that additional therapeutic or medical support could help, I’ll always encourage you to access that alongside or before coaching.

  • 6 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Email or WhatsApp check-ins for accountability between sessions

  • Midway review and end-of-program summary

Transform Programme — Deep Change & Integration

12 x 60-minute sessions (bi-weekly) — £1,400

A six-month coaching partnership for deeper exploration, integration, and long-term transformation.

Includes:

  • 12 bi-weekly 1:1 sessions (spaced to allow reflection and practice)

  • WhatsApp or email support between sessions

  • Bespoke ADHD toolkit tailored to your goals and lifestyle

  • Mid-program review and final reflection report

  • Integration Check-in (one follow-up session 4–6 weeks later)
