Number of Sessions:

  • 6 interactive online sessions, 1 hour each

  • All 6 live group sessions with ADHD coach Rosie Elvin

  • Guest speaker sessions

  • Practical resources and worksheets for use at home

  • Optional WhatsApp peer support group

  • Extra guest sessions

  • 1:1 coaching session (60 min)
