Neurodiversity in the workplace training 17th September
Build a Neuro-inclusive Workplace
2-hour Workshop | 17 September 1–3pm
With Rosie Elvin (ADHD Focus) & Nicola Eaton-Taylor (Spark Inspiration)
Gain the knowledge and tools to confidently support neurodivergent colleagues and embed inclusion into your workplace culture.
Create a culture where everyone can thrive — and become the kind of organisation talented people actively seek out.
This practical two-part session includes:
🧠 Part 1 – Neurodiversity Awareness (CPD Certified)
Develop a clear understanding of key neurodivergent conditions, strengths, and challenges. Learn how school experiences impact adult mental health, why neurodiversity isn’t a linear spectrum, and how reasonable adjustments can make a powerful difference.
📋 Part 2 – Policy & Practice
Explore a sample neurodiversity policy, use a workplace inclusion checklist, and discover strategies for engaging managers and teams. Understand what makes an effective OH referral and how to align EDI, absence, capability, and recruitment processes with inclusive practice.
This workshop is ideal for HR professionals, team leaders, line managers, and anyone committed to making lasting change. It also serves as a foundation for our follow-on Champion and Manager’s sessions
